What do we consider an emergency?
Anything that disrupts the normal function of your day.
How precise do measurements need to be?
A rough estimate of a room is okay, and may only affect the price a little bit once we come out and have a hands-on idea of what we are working with,
How soon can we come out during an emergency?
Usually, we can get there with 10 minutes added to travel time, depending on traffic and transportation.
Are materials included in the quote I receive?
No, usually we do not quote materials with the initial quote, but once the job is physically seen we then discuss materials and prices with you. Since most of the time it is not material that we carry we prefer to be physically on the job to see what is absolutely necessary,
How long have we been in the area?
We are fairly new to the area with only about a year of actually living here.
How and why are we able to beat most companies' quotes/prices?
We believe we have a skill set that can be helpful to many, this is not a get rich occupation, but more of a live comfortably while being able to help others.
We understand not everyone can afford a home make over so we offer quality work at a discounted price.
Do you refurbish furniture along with counter tops?
Yes, we can not only bring old cabinets back to life but also old furniture, we understand a lot of the time older is built better, so we help update outdated furniture and give it a new look.
